It is I. Don Karnage!!!!

The infamous leader of the Sky Pirates and his Tri-wing  of TERROR! He's a character from Tale Spin a Disney cartoon show
that made it's debut in 1991. I finally was able to purchase this toy on E-Bay after a long time search. Although the show only
had a two season run episodes can be watched on You Tube. I really loved that show and this self proclaimed ruler of the sky's.
(And I still do!)
