Description
An old underground comic that I bought in San Francisco California back in the 60's.
Published by the "Rip Off Press" it depicted the drugged out antics of Free Wheeling Franklin, Fat Freddy
and Phineas. I'm currently involved in Irish Becky's art jam "Flower Power." and it's getting me a bit nostalgic
for the era. Many moons have come and gone since those days.

I have them all. I have an original Zap number 0 or number 1, I forget which was first. In 1973 I got the flu and was given a copy of Comix by Les Daniels. All of a sudden I found out that comics were "OK". I quit reading them when I was 10 or so, I thought them childish. After I read All In Color For A Dime, it was game over for me. I have been reading and collecting comics ever since! Will Eisner and Jack Kirby changed my life.
